Hangzhou Youxing Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) own the intellectual property rights in all content released by the Company or jointly released with partner companies, including but not limited to the software, related products or services provided, and such rights are protected by law. The absence of a rights statement in any relevant content does not mean that the Company does not hold or claim rights in such content. You shall respect the lawful rights and interests of the rights holders and use such content lawfully in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and the principle of good faith.

Without the prior written permission of Hangzhou Youxing Technology Co., Ltd., no entity or individual may, in any manner or for any reason, use, copy, modify, transcribe, distribute, bundle with other products, sell, link to, transmit, store in an information retrieval system, or otherwise use for any commercial purpose any part of the above-mentioned software, products, services, information or text, except for downloading or printing for non-commercial and personal use, provided that such content is not modified and that any copyright notice or other proprietary notice contained therein is retained.

The trademarks and logos used and displayed in the above-mentioned software (collectively, the “Trademarks”) are registered and unregistered trademarks of Hangzhou Youxing Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliates in mobility services and other related fields and are protected by law, except for trademarks, logos and trade names expressly indicated as being owned by other parties.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the Platform be liable for any failure or delay in providing services caused by maintenance of information network equipment, failures in information network connections, failures of smart terminals, communications or other systems, power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil unrest, fires, floods, storms, explosions, wars, government actions, orders of judicial or administrative authorities, other force majeure events, or omissions by third parties.

In any of the circumstances described above, the Company will still, within a reasonable scope, endeavor to notify users and take necessary measures to reduce the impact. However, such efforts shall not constitute a statutory obligation of the Company, nor shall they be deemed a waiver of these disclaimers.
