CaoCao Always Puts User Experience First

I worked late into the evening and missed the last train, so I booked a ride with CaoCao. I thought I would have to wait for a while, but less than two minutes after putting down my phone, the driver called to say he had arrived downstairs. After I packed up and went downstairs, I realized I had forgotten my keys and had to go back again. When I finally got in the car, the driver showed no impatience at all. He even asked with concern why a young woman like me was working so late. All the fatigue of the day disappeared in that moment. It felt really good. #CaoCao

I had planned to go for barbecue with my boyfriend after work, but my director suddenly called a meeting right before the end of the day. I booked a ride on CaoCao, and I didn’t expect it to be so fast. Including the wait and the ride, it took just over 20 minutes to get there. I was so happy. For office workers like me, after-work dates no longer have to mean a long, slow bus ride. I’ll definitely use CaoCao again. Haha. #CaoCao

I booked a CaoCao Premier Service ride and tried the air-conditioning control function. It felt pretty good. Since there is already pre-ride ventilation, I usually don’t need to adjust the air conditioning myself. But if the driver hasn’t turned it on, I can switch it on myself without having to say anything. That’s when I really feel it’s useful.

CaoCao Premier Service has some thoughtful features. There’s a screen in the back seat where I can view the navigation in real time. I really needed this. In the past, I had to open the app countless times during a ride. I remember being asked in a survey whether I thought a screen was necessary. I said no at the time, but now that it’s actually there, I love it.
